Neverwinter nights 1 or 2

Which one do you prefer and why? , although i enjoyed 2 i did not like the MOTB expansion one bit. The spirit thing really took the enjoyment out although you can cheat.

I prefer nwn 1 with its expansions because its had far longer to mature with a great community and overall the nwn 1 story was more interesting.

I was considering going back and playing nwn diamond and turning my player into the gutz character from Beserk

I loved NWN1, played it through two times and messed a bout with multiplayer a lot. I loved the campaign, the storyline and the gameplay. NWN2 demanded too much of my PC and it was bland story-wise, I never finished it. I may get back in to it as I still have my save game

NW1 was a lot more better story wise. But NW2 got more classes and races to pick from. Personally i would get NW1 Platinum edition

NWN1+expansions. It had the shifter class

Shifter was great fun due to the different amount of shifts you could be, when I played a pvp with a mate (black guard I believe) I could keep on switching between a stealth kobolt commando (he had almost no decetction skills heheh) to a minitaur etc and also blitz him with druid spells.

Never actually finished the main story of NWN1 only got the the 3rd chapter though I played through the expansions.

I still play them both.

Im playing nwn2 online on a pw called Baldurs Gate, its in the roleplay section and is normally right at the top of the list when ordered by amount of people playing. I was looking for a good nwn2 server since it was released and i finaly found it!

I love nwn2 because Druids are so very fun to play, with Flame weapon Elephants hide (+7 natual AC!) and the introduction of several other great feats made Druids a lot more fun to play.
Althouh it has its set backs, i.e. Can no longer have epic dragon knight or polymorph into Iron Golom or Red Dragon. And the 'lightening storm' spell is only castable on yourself rather that on an area.

I have also got back into nwn1 because it works on my laptop so i can relax on the sette and play!

As to the actual sp game i enjoyed them all. NWN2 sp wasnt great but it was great compaired to all the other games that came out around that time.

I bought them all mainly to play online, so join the Baldurs Gate server today!!!!
