neverwinter nights 2 character problem

i cant see any characters... ive tried updateing, im at the latest update, ive tried all ingame graphic options and adv graphic options, and nothing, its as though the meshes dont exist for them

hey, thank you very much, didnt think of that, turns out i had to install the expansion because i had the newer version or something, so i got hold of it and installed, works a charm

just made a rogue and played through the tutorial until i was sent to the ruins or something, but i think the rogue is dead weak, so i might look around online and see what the most fun char is.
