New 1070 and Dell S2716DG - Displayport Issue

Hi all,

Just bought a new 1070 and a Dell S2716DG however I am not getting any output to my monitor connected via Displayport. Not picked up in Nvidia Control Panel or anything.

What am I missing?

Try power cycling the monitor. Keep it connected to the GPU and switched on, unplug it from the mains, wait 30 seconds or so and plug it back in.

Silly me, the monitor had a Displayport deep sleep mode....

I am considering exactly this setup, can you come back to this thread and give some thoughts how do you find it and so on.

Also what is deep sleep mode ?
