My 8 year old pc just died.. Psu light on, no mobo light :( I want to buy a new pc but can't afford to build it all at once.. Will this be ok:

Until I get the new gpu? How does the 2600k connect to my Monitor?

Thanks for clearing that up guys! Any ideas why I can't use the p67 with the gpu.. Seems a waste no? The h67 is not as good right. I'll be upgrading to the latest nvidia when I've got the cash.. Right now i want to use the onboard

Can you recommend a good mobo? So 8 gig is the way forward!? Big hard disk because I have a Lian li x500.. It's not got much space for extra future hard disks!

I thought the mobo was good value!? Was going to pick up a p67 pro for 150 before?

Can you explain the benefits for a p67 over h67? I want another pc I can keep for 6 years like my old AMD 3200xp and nfs2 that just died :(

Couldn't help myself. For an extra 20 I've got a 5570...thanks for the help guys!! Order this tomorrow.. In the future I plan to spend 400 on a gpu and 200 on a ssd.. This will do till then.. I've already got the Lian li x500, cm 850w psu and lite on blu ray writer.. Can finally use the stuff now! Not sure how I'm gonna recover the data from my raid 0 in my old pc.. I've got a psu light but no mobo led light :(

Was the idea but.. Im going to wait for the next round of nvidia gpu's.. At which case.. It's best to get something average? 20 quid is not the end of the world tbh
