Right lads, Im going insane!

Bought the MSI MPG27CQ to go with my Rtx 2080 Super. So i set it up alongside a HD Samsung monitor. Both are plugged into the GPU with display ports.

I've fired up a few games and im getting unplayable stuttering. The best way to describe it is, its like when i cycle through my weapons on CSGO and it throws me back a few weapons that a millisecond ago i just cycled passed it & when im running its constantly throwing me back a few meters. Micro Stuttering?

Ive tried -

-updating the drivers of the monitor & GPU.
-Switching to HDMI
-Using only the new 2k monitor
-changing the hz of the monitor
-playing around with nvida settings
-playing around with in game settings

Im at a loose end, the monitor is about to get sent back.

I will attach a few pictures of my specs and info whilst running CSGO.

Any help will be massively appreciated lads.

Looks like its a GPU issue. So i got a new monitor today, 1440p 144Hz and ive just set it up. loaded CSGO and the micro stuttering is awful! A quick google shows these GPUs have some sort of software issue that has issues with 144hz going back to the original rtx20's. Looks like my GPU wil be going back tomorrow. Im not willing to spend £850 on a card that has these kinds of issues. I put my 980Ti back in and it worked fine. Card works fine with 1080 60hz monitors.

So 20x series you say does not do 144hz? This is a bold claim man you had to of set it up wrong? What you described badly which does not inspire me that it is Nvidia is that you described lag and porting not microstutter.

Microstutter is almost like vibrations and stutter, Weapons cycling is lag. Clean the drivers and try again with the gsync settings. And stop using ingame vsync and triplebuffers. Uncap the fps also use max_fps 0 in console. I am willing to bet going by the few posts on here that you have made a blunder somewhere out of inexperience.

Also learn the Nvidia driver settings, It is not going to be plug and play at the very least use max power mode and highest refesh rate if using defaults. You have not stated anything about this at all.
