New 3080 owners, what is your CPU and display res, do you think you will be bottlenecked?

As the title says, new 3080 owners, what is your CPU and display resolution, do you think you will be bottlenecked by your CPU?

3700X at 1440p. Eh, probably with some games.

But once I eventually have a 3080 in hand I'm buying an LG CX OLED. That's my main interest with this gen of cards.

4K for me with a 9700k @ 5GHz and 64gb DDR4 3600Mhz. The 3080 will be a nice boost up from my 2080.

Yeah you'd need 4k to get most of the benefit with your CPU, I would estimate the 3700x is very similar to my 7700k when only 4 cores are being used, but when all 8 are in action it could double that. So newer games made with 8 cores in mind will start to unlesh the beast.
I'm pretty sure my GTX 1080ti sli is bottlenecked (when sli is working) on my 7700k.
It looks like the RTX 3080 is double the performance of the 1080ti.

I'm wondering the same. I've got a 6700k @ 4.4Ghz. Does anyone have any idea how it will fair at 3440x1440 with a 3080, which is the monitor upgrade I'm planning?

3700x on a B350F mobo, 1440p monitors at 75Hz, mainly gaming on my 4k TV.so 4k 60 will be what I look for.
