Getting a new card this week [ probably the 4070 Super ] but have noticed there is a 1 year old 4070Ti in the MM for similar money. I only play BF1 and Delta Force on a 27" 1080p monitor , is it worth getting the 4070Ti over the Super?

Tbf MM guys are usually good helping with warranty if anything goes wrong. The OG Ti is around 9/10% faster than the 4070S so I guess it's upto you if you think that's worth it.
I sometimes use my 4k TV but rarely. I've sold my old card so need to find a replacement. I have been looking at widescreen 1440p monitors as we get a discount through work from LG

In that case get the Ti imo and make sure the seller is able to help if needed, the 4070S can struggle a little at time at UW res and even a little extra perf will help.

Definitely get the used card for similar money. Its always exciting when you don't have a warranty. Hopefully it won't fail.

But no the 4070ti super is a solid GPU. Can I ask what you paid. I just got a 4080s for about the cost of a new 4070ti super
