New 43" TV to replace oldish 32" LED Panasonic TV

I get emails from Panasonic occasionally and have just got one for the TX-43MX800B for £399 (reduced from £599) - is this a good buy or should I be going for an OLED TV nowadays replace my not very smart 32" steam LED TV?

Haven't bought a TV for about 5 years! Thanks. 43" looks about right to me.

I would keep away from Panasonic 43" televisions at the moment, the fire TV is slow and frustrating to use and the google tv have EPG issues.
The fact they're Vestal based product means software updates are slow or if released at all, to fix issues.
