Just got back new 6950 after RMA last one, slotted back into PCIE slot it came out of, booted up and nothing on monitor on either DVI. It seems to want to stick with the onboard graphics. If i plug into the motherboard dvi the screen pops up.
Fans are spinning on the card and it's seated properly. AMD driver download wizard does not detect a card. Hadn't disabled the card in bios either, not afaik anyway (Asus P8Z68-V)
What am i doing wrong here
EDIT:: Update, ok tried second pcie slot and it worked straight away, why i have no idea. Problem solved
