New AM2 Heatsink

Im going to purchase a heatsink tomorrow as I want to overclock my 4600 more (can only get 2.5ghz at the moment before it overheats). I currently have 1 side fan only tho in my case, going to get another 90mm one and a 12cm exhaust fan for the back and was thinking of this heatsink:

ive been reading up and it seems to be the one everyone is suggesting for everyone else.

will it allow me to overclock much more? anyone got estimates?

Its quite a big improvement from a A64 Pro and a massive improvement from the stock cooler.

Although you didn't say which one you are currently using expect an improvement.

Im using the heatsink that came with the CPU 4600+.
