New AMD hex core

I have a Nvidia 750a sli motherboard the new edition which says on the box, ''brand new design optimized for AM3 CPU''

However i am thinking of buying this cpu would it be compatible with this mobo, many thanks

should i go for it then, even though i just bought my pehom 2 920 2 weeks ago i cant help think the 6 core will give me a considerable boosat with my 5870, is it worth it?

will be that much better than my 920, will it give me a consierable frame boost, considering it has the same level of cache
