New AMD machines both crashing apps & general lagging. Please help.

Morning folks,
We have recently bought 2 new AMD machines from OCUK for work but both machines are having issues.

Both machines we are using seem to lag & hang up on every app we use, be it 'Outlook' to 'Solidworks'. The apps would lag when trying to load something within the programs, such as opening a 'DWG' from out look or from the drive it's self into Solidworks. We would have to wait sometime for the DWG to load & to view the print preview, etc....
However, it is happening with all apps.
Furthermore, certain programs, such as out accounting program 'Sage' will hard crash to desktop.
We have had out hardware inspected from a 3rd party IT company & all the hardware itself is completely fine. The IT tech company cannot wrap their heads around why both machines are acting the same. We have tried problem solving the issues & done things such reinstall windows multiple times, & installing programmes one at a time and waiting til we get a crash, however, this has not given the results we were hoping for.

Whatever the problem is, it seems to develop over time. So for example, we reinstalled windows & then the programs & the machines worked fine for a week or 2 & then these crashes & lag issues creep in. This has happened every time. It also seems that if you slow down & wait several seconds before clicking/ opening a tab, etc this reduces the crashes & lag sustainably.

We have contacted OCUK, they can't help due to nothing being wrong with the hardware itself. We have contacted 'Sage' & they have remoted accessed into out machines to try and find out whats going on, they have no idea. Our IT tech company have no idea what's causing the, problems & so we are at a dead end.

Here are both machines' specs (they are identical & bought at the same time -
AMD Ryzen 7 5700G;
Gigabyte A520M S2H;
Team Group Vulkan Z T-Force 16Gb (2x8Gb);
WD Blue SA510 500Gb SSD;
Kolink Core Series 600w;
Windows 11.

If anyone could help or have any ideas on what we could do to solve this issue, then it would be greatly appreciated as this has been going on now for over 3 months without any sort of positive conclusion.
We really do not want to be buying 2 more machines running on Intel if we can avoid it.

The fact that the problem occurs after a couple if weeks seems to me some piece of software hogging resources . Need to monitor task manager to see if something is running that shouldn't be.

Check if IT has updates the bios, set xmp profile in the bios for memory frequency but not sure if that would cause a slow down.
Aye, all thats been done. Cant seem to see anything that's running that shouldn't be, I mean currently there are only 6-7 programs installed onto the PC's. All bios & windows updates are up to date as well.
The only thing i can think it could be is that the IT company installed a suite of apps remotely monitor the PC's & let them remote access in. I uninstalled all of it & the issues seems to stop, at least for a couple weeks.
The programs have been removed now though & there isn't lingering apps running in the background now that i can see. When i questioned them on this they gave me the response of, 'we install this onto all our customers machines when we are contracted into maintaining a company's PC & no one has ever had an issue'.
Also our accountant uses 'Chrome Remote access', now i dunno if that cause also be causing issues, i dunno if that stays active in the background but i cant see it in task manager atm.
