I have just noticed that two recent games will feature content exclusivity.

Top Spin 3 on PS3 has Rafa Nadal, not sure if the 360 has someone else.

Soul Calibur 4 on PS3 has Darth Vader and the 360 as Yoda.

These aren't exactly deal breakers but its a little worrying if these kind of differences continue and/or expand.

This has probably happened before with older consoles but nothing comes to mind atm.

This is obviously an effort to spur multi platform sales as well as possibly consoles as well but its just a bit worrying if the scale of these differences increases in the future.

Edit: Just remembered the whole downloadable content business for the GTAIV but at least the game was the same on release.

Soul calibur 2 had different characters on each of the consoles,
ps2-tekken guy
xbox-spawn
GC-Link
kinda sucks how you cant pit vader against yoda in soul calibur 4, though minor differences like these wouldnt affect my purchase. I'll get the one thats cheaper or the one which has more people I know playing online (360)

I really don't understand why all versions of Topspin 3 don't feature Nadal, kinda silly really. :\

I swear i remember them saying there would be several more bonus characters so I'll wager we'll see plenty more announced. Hasn't the character from force unleashed been confirmed as well?
