New! Asus 7870 version 2

This looks a great upgrade over the previous version, which had poor reviews with regards to the failing cooler when overclocking.
Plus this brings PCI-E 3.0, the only 7800 card to have this, bar the new asus 7850 v2.

Before I jump on this I'd like to hear your views on this card, specifically if the new/fixed features are worth the premium.

P.S. Anyone seen any reviews on the v2 cards? I'd love to know how this OC's.

Aww I had my eye on that, but the reference design is a bit noisy and hotter, and I can't stretch to the non-reference 7950's.

Only £30 more, surely you can save up just that little bit extra? Definitely worth the extra £30 for the extra performance.

It has a lot more overclocking headroom than the 7870, so there is a noticeable difference when both cards are overclocked. For the sake of just £30, the 7950 is much better value for money.

No problem, I always seem to make people spend just slightly more than they've budgeted for
Definitely worth it though.
