New Asus P8P67 Pro and Memory

Why is it that the new P8P67 mobo's, air cooled with, for example a Thermaltake Frio, are struggling to fit recomended memory, such as Corsair Vengeance DDR3 DDR3 1600Mhz, CAS 9-9-9-24??

Corsair just released a blue version to compliment the New mobo's and they look great but the heat spreader makes it such a tight fit!?
Surely they should have looked at this before offering this option??

The Blue Vengeance looks great, I posted a thread in the memory forum here.

I agree the heatspreader does cause problems with cpu coolers which is a shame as the Vengeance is great memory.

I'm looking at the Thermalright Archon as it should hopefully not impede the memory.
