Hi guys,

Two of the pins at the motherboard end of my ATX cable are a bit ratty. Not sure why. There's an ATX extension installed, so the dodgy looking pins aren't contacting the motherboard, just the adapter, and it fits together fine and works. But I want to get it replaced ASAP cos it doesn't look safe.

I have an OCZ ZX series PSU and z77 Sabretooth board (24pin) and I want to know can I use either of these cables?

1 x Corsair Generation 2 Sleeved 24 Pin Cable (AX) - White (CP-8920074) £14.99
1 x Silverstone 24-pin ATX Cable 55cm - Black £11.47

...or are they PSU specific?

I want that dodgy looking cable gone ASAP.

Also I want white or black sleeved... since my case is white.

Can you recommend? Thanks.

They are PSU specific m8 you cant use either. Take a look at the Case mods section for the Bitfenix extension cables.
