New backpack needed

I'm looking for a new backpack, currently have a Flipside 400 but I'm not getting on with it. No matter how I adjust the straps the left hand one kills my shoulder, I detest the padded dividers as the large ones are completely covered in velcro on both sides and are scratching up the finish on my ART lenses and pulling at the fabric on the lens coat on my 150-600. Size is a bit of an issue too, I want to keep 6 lenses, flash, 2 bodies, one body attached to the 150-600, stash a macbook in and carry a reasonable sized tripod.

I've got about £150(ish) to spend which unfortunately narrows things down considerably, any recommendations? Cheers.

I am maybe selling a Tamrac Expedition 7x. It might fit those things in it. Do you really need all those lenses in there? It'll weigh a ton.

I know it's stupid (or I'm stupid, probably the latter) but I always try to take absolutely everything with me even though I only ever end up using at most 2 lenses. I ended up buying a Vanguard Heralder 48, the Vanguard tripod I have was well built so hopefully this backpack will be of similar quality.
