new ballistix memory!

hi i was looking at this new ballistix memory , i called them and asked about the amount of RMA`s they have had recently and they promised the problems have been sorted out
i was looking at they sticks , any ideas what performance over standared 800

DDR2 PC2-8000 • 5-5-5-15 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-1000 • 2.2V • 128Meg x 64

Promised theyve sorted it eh? Im skeptical, but theres no harm in getting them if you're prepared to RMA, as I've heard they've been good with RMAs thus far.

Amazing overclocking memory when its working.

That was just the 2gb PC-4000 as far as I know. All the other ballistix lines should be fine, no more likely to fail that any other brand.

Option1: Get 2 sets of crucial - that way you can put 2nd set in during rma process

Option2: Save you money from 2nd set and just get another brand of memory
