Last entry on my old log was 23/12/2013, was doing wendler at that time. (http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18536217&page=5&highlight=lostgoods)

started,stopped, started, stopped etc etc since then. how ever i was doing a make it up as you go along body building routine as of last fortnight.

Some numbers increased since then so this is where i am sat atm.

Start of 5X5 strong lifts.

i havent back squat for a few weeks so it might take me a few weeks to get back up to my Rm's for that, everything else i feel fairly confident ill hit.

felt "OK" to start with but by the 3rd set of bench all energy had dissapeared. Barely made 4 reps on last 2 sets.
 
Tuesday

Few RDLS as a warm up 60x8, slow decent with paused reps.

Deadlifts

140x5x5x5x5

GHR
Hamstring curls
Seated calf raises
Standing calf raises.

Deadlifts went ok. I think the 130kg wasnt needed for a warm up so was a waste of energy. 3rd and 4th set left me feeling really sick and light headed so didnt attempt the 5th. (PHAGGOT ALERT!!)

Wednesday

Stuck to doing some core work yesterday, nothing to heavy so not really worth blogging

Thursday
Had to stick to seated OHP as someone was already using platform for deadlifts.

OHP

25-27.5-30-32.5 all for 8 reps each
Reverse shoulder press machine

Initially I felt abit tired leading upto starting, pre kicked in but didn't really do much of a difference. Grind through it though and slightly happy with the day.

Squats tomorrow and kind of dreading it with work on Saturday. Bring on the pain...I mean gains!!
 
so Deception are you training again as well. Also is this your nephew or mate?

Well I've been training, but nothing serious. Just been away for 2 weeks, so starting again too.

Also, this is one of my nephews who I go with and make sure he's actually lifting :D.

As you can see, the shoulder genetics run in the family haha.
 
Log up date. Weekend before last, i came off a motorcross bike on an off road track. left me pretty battered althougt not serious. couple of knee issues all last week as well as some joint pains throbbing etc etc.... took the week off gym to heal sum.

Started my week off on sunday as i couldnt wait any longer to get started again.

Not a lot to eat on the day, really busy day at work so neglected eating through out which obviously wasnt a great idea, so a lot of fatigue. Ran out of time todo any thing else.

Filled the session with some back work outs which i forgot to squeeze in on sunday.

some dumbell work and other various shoulder work outs to finish me off.

tried to push my OHP today which saw me fail a few times, still, got to be done i suppose. Left feeling pretty good and happy with the session.

Dreaded squats tomorrow.
