started,stopped, started, stopped etc etc since then. how ever i was doing a make it up as you go along body building routine as of last fortnight.
Some numbers increased since then so this is where i am sat atm.
Start of 5X5 strong lifts.
Routine and current rep Max's of compound lifts.

Chest /triceps/back
Bench
1Rm: 120
5Rm:100
Tuesday
Hamstring/Calves
Deadlift
1rm:160
5rm:140
Wednesday
Not sure what to do here but i will be attending gym.
Thursday
Shoulders/back
OHP
1r: 85
5rm: 75
Friday
Squats/quads
1Rm:160
5Rm:130
i havent back squat for a few weeks so it might take me a few weeks to get back up to my Rm's for that, everything else i feel fairly confident ill hit.
