New Belinea 22" is coming!!!

HI there

We know how popular the 20" Belinea panel has been and were prepping to be launch partner for Belinea's new 22" panel.

Unfortunately it does feature a TN panel like the other 22" screens on the market. However the price should be cheapest by far and its specification should be the best. Were hoping to sell it for less than £200 +VAT.

Its going up on the website now.

I am asking Belinea/Maxdata about a DVI version featuring the AU panel, hopefully they can sort something by XMAS. If they can keep the price sub £240+VAT I think it would absolutely fly out.

Updated the website picture and seen some high-resolution images of this today. It looks stunning, I think it could be our new best seller. Its specification is better than any other 22" at the moment and I can see it been a gamers dream with those specifications, TN panel and with such a great price.

Because its not yet officially released. Like I say OcUK is getting an exclusive. There is 1000 units for entire of Europe and I've been given the option of taking the lot which mean we get exclusivity on this monitor.

Right spoke to Belinea. We have taken all 1000 which means this panel is exclusively available ONLY from OcUK, nowhere else!

However the 1000 will not be arriving until the 1st week of November.

Currently we have pre-sold 27 units so there is plenty left and we do expect this panel to absolutely fly out as you won't find a better specification 22" panel anywhere near this price.

Belinea have had their stock come earlier than expected, gotta be impressed by German efficiancy!

We have taken all the stock available and as long as couriers do their job the stock will be arriving on Monday.

Well the one on our website was sent to us by Belinea so I'd hope they have sent the correct image.

For a manufacturer they preferre to add speakers as it makes their monitor appeal to a wider audience. For those asking for a cheaper model without speakers, come on get a grip. It don't get cheaper than this and for those who are not in the know the cost of adding speakers to a monitor thats produced in such large quantities is something like $2-$5 so it would not actually make any difference in price at all.

If your current GPU can power 1280x1024 fine, then 1440x900 is gonna hardly change anything really.

Sorry for not replying sooner. Belinea messed up and got their dates incorrect. They are shipping product to ourselves I believe next week and delivery will take 2-3 days. So hopefully be here by end of next week and we now have approx 100 pre-orders so still plenty left (900).

Yes many sites will advertise them but they won't be getting any. We have exclusivity rights on this panel and an agreement with Maxdata.

None of our competitors will get stock of this panel throughout November and quite possibly December too.

In fact we are if you consider UK based suppliers.

There is a French company (no UK offices, there number is UK but it goes through to France) who are also selling this product. Which is the other company you are all seeing with the product.

We have 1000 ordered for November and a further 1000 for December. Belinea are doing drop ships, 250 per week, the last 250 we had arrive have sold out. Belinea/Maxdata are trying to get another 250 into us by end of this week.

Belinea have confirmed that they shipped a further 500 of these to us today. That means they should arrive in our warehouse this Friday. However unfortunately there are some strikes at French ferry ports at the moment which could effect our delivery time on these. So if the French don't get of their backsides we might not recieve the stock until nearly week.

Out of the 500 arriving just under 200 are pre-sold so there will still be 300+ left over.

I know we sell these but I've got to say these are truly impressive.

I've now seen the Video 7, Belinea, Asus, Viewsonic and Samsung due to the fact we stock and sell all of these.

No word of a lie the Belinea delivers the best image quality out of them all which I find kinda puzzling as its analogue and the others we sell are DVI and a lot more expensive. If it was my money I'd buy the Belinea its the best performance and the cheapest one we sell. In fact I'd buy a DELL 24" panel but out of the 22" Belinea win win.

Hi there

Image quality and games performance of the two are pretty identical. Accept the Belinea does not suffer ghosting. Also the big difference is price, you save over £50.
