Soooo, friend of mine wants to upgrade his pc, he is using an ancient Phenom X4 thing, he has sata 3 ssd's and storage and 2x 280's (games at 1080p 60hz)
All he needs is a new cpu/mobo/ram and an appropriate cpu waterblock.
Im thinking 4790k is the best option? but which mobo would you suggest?
He plays games while streaming to twitch, mainly Arma3, sims4, kerbal space program. but also plays new games (aliens etc)
Budget is £600
