I've had this fitted for just over 4 weeks and I think I have used it three times, when its down I have to go through the process of calling BT and going through their fault check, I have had to ring them three times now and they are finally sending out an engineer but it has to be on Saturday as I work in the week
If it cant be sorted or if they do sort it and it happens again, can I get out of the contract as not fit for purpose?
