New budget card

So when I built my PC 3 years ago I just wated a graphics card that did 1080p for movies and that was about it.

Now I'm getting into 3D scanning and graphics creation I need something a lot better than my HIS 4650. Really out of the loop in terms of what to go for but my budget is around £120-130. I know not a lot but hopefully I can get something that is a huge upgrade on what I have. I'm open to both NVIDIA and AMD.

Current specs:

Corsair 400W PSU
AMD Phenom II B25 X4 @3.00
Samsung 1TB F3
4gb RAM
HIS 4650
Samsung B2430l
MSI 770 C-45

£20 on top of your £130 budget will net you a nice 7850.

I could maybe stretch it. Would my basic 400W PSU be enough though?

That PSU will be fine and as luck would have it there is a HD 7850 on weekly deal.
It's a 1 GB model whcih should be fine for most games on that level of card.
