Just finished my new build just waiting for my SSD to arrive to install Windows.

The question I have is the Crucial tactical tracer only lights up green supposed to be red and green?

I was thinking do I have to install the mod utility once I get into windows to get them working properly?

So I rang technical support and the guy on the other end of the phone was frankly very rude and made me a bit angry as well.

What he said was people don't do their research before buying products and just splash their cash thinking they know everything. Then he went on to say I'm not going to Google something for you that you can do yourself
Then went on saying we don't provide support at Overclockers and you can make a complaint about me if you want and I basically don't care and put the phone down.

So what do you guys say to this?
