New build 1 week later can't power on

New build 1 week ago did all the stress testing games bf3 beta days on end with no hiccups. 2 days ago system just started turning itself off then won't come back on. The fan on the psu does not spin.

Happened yesterday and I left it 20 mins ot it back on and played crysis for 3 hours

Sound like the psu needs rma ?

Edit: videos, the blue lights power on then off then on again until it decides it's not trying at all

Thanks for the advice tbh I did all those things apart from paperclip test last night when it first happened yesterday. The whole thing now is not trying to power the system on no matter how many configurations i try I do pretty much think it's borked just wanted to get some added perspective so thank you.

Will go for the old paperclip test now....
