New Build 3930k

Hopefully the postman's in a good mood tomorrow and brings all my new parts for my new build bought an 3930k from a fellow member, ordered an asus p9x79 motherboard, got 24gb of samsung green, going to be watercooling it so hopefully just a case of taking the 2700k and board out and swap in the new parts do a reinstall of windows and take it from there, have noticed that the 3930k run rather hot so ive bought in 3x360 rads a pair of d5 varios slight overkill but i want to add a few graphics cards down the line.

All the fans are going to be controlled thru the aquaero 5 lt on curve control. Will there be a noticeable difference between the 2700k and the 3930k. What level of OCin would i be looking at achieving from the 3930k being watercooled

1080mm worth of radiators?
Can you fit all that in the ELYSIUM or are they going to be external rads?

1s in the roof 1s in the front either hoping to get the last one on the floor on the inside or doubling up at the front, may have to attach one at the rear external just a precaution regarding temps

How much difference will depend on what you are using it for. For gaming, there will be little to no difference with single or dual graphics cards, though if you start going for 3 or 4 way graphics configurations, the extra PCI-e bandwidth of SB-E will start to play a noticeable part in gaming performance. For things like video encoding, photo editing, basically anything heavily multithreaded and able to take advantage of the extra memory bandwidth, you should see a good improvement, though by how much really depends on what program.
As for what overclock to expect, I really don't know, but you could be looking at around 5GHz since you are water cooling.

Depending on how you do in the silicon lottery depends on the overclock. Might only get 4.5Ghz might get 5.2GHz, who knows.
As for whether you'll notice a difference, only if you use multi-threaded applications or 3+ GPUs.

Oh in that case you should be ok with 4.8GHz at least.

No problem, if course as others have said, it comes down to the silicon lottery, so you may not be able be able to reach that magic 5 GHz, or you may be able to get 5.2 GHz without much trouble. Cross your fingers and hope for a good chip is what I say

eyetrip managed 4.7-4.8GHz on air but the temperatures were too high really so with a healthy dose of water, you'll be fine.
