New build 3Dmark06 score check...

Stuck together a HTPC recently. Only today got round to overclocking it. Anyhow does the below score look about right.

Spec as follows

E2200 @ 3.4ghz
4gb OCZ PC6400 ram @ 850mhz
MSI Neo2 P35 FR
HD3870 512mb (Core 860, Ram 1266mhz)

yeah thats about right, i ran it yesterday on my new bits and scored 10,500 ish with the specs in sig. card was stock though

Whats this pencil mod thingy then? And yep crossfire is looking good to me, even though the other slot is only 4x.

Good, go for it. Cooler looks OK and you should be able to get a nice unlocked BIOS for it to take it up to 1Ghz

Ok so Ive just run 3dmark 05, managed to get the vram from 1266 to 1300mhz.

See what you can get on the crysis benchmark, just needs the demo

Ran it last night in DX10, (I'm on Vista 64) came out at 30.92fps. Is it right that its lower than a lot of the DX9 benchies I've seen.

Having looked around some other benchies, it seems about right. I'll run the DX9 tonight and see what it comes in at.

I'll only ever use the benchy for Crysis anyway as the game is pap and sat collecting dust on my shelf.
