New build £700 - £800 budget

Hi all,

A friend of a friend has asked for some help with a build.

I've given him an idea around a ryzen 5 3600 and 1660 super gpu. just wondered if anyone had anymore suggestions? Or can suggest some different ryzen / Intel builds.

He has a £700 to £800 budget already has a 1080p monitor so its tower only. Also has a hard drive for storage so was thinking of adding a ssd for the OS / games.

The intel 10400f is a great value gaming cpu which matches the 3600 for less money.

Yep I've read that. All changed since I did my build the prices of amd have gone through the roof.

Anyone do me a build around Intel please? No experience with them so don't know good combos.
