New Build - £800-£1k

Hi Guys,

Just want your guys opinions on specs for a new build for a friend of mine. I've not done a build in this budget for quite some time so i'm a little out of touch with the latest hardware!

This will be for the case and OS.

Uses
- Video editing - Adobe Premier Pro + After Effects)
- Game Capture - Able to record his PS4 through Elgato HD60 and stream through twitch etc..
- Gaming - Hasn't named any titles specifically but wants the option to be able to pick up any game and play it with reasonable fps. He's used to console gaming in general.

Budget - £800 - £1000
Case - Black / USB3 on the front / Card reader would be a big bonus
Monitor - Not required
OS - Win 8/10 (not fussy)

But you might want a different case that has USB3.0 on the front and then factor in a PSU and a board that has extra RAM slots rather than just two,
