New build - £950 budget

I'm looking to put together a new machine for myself. I'm working with a £950 budget.

Included in that I need a monitor. I don't need an OS, keyboard or mouse.

I'd like something as small and unobtrusive as possible. I've been considering an ITX or Micro ATX build in a small case. I want a machine that performs well, but is as quiet as possible.

Case is a preference. Can be done a lot cheaper. Depends on your taste.

No mechanical drive but can easily be added

You'll need a aftermarket cpu cooler of your choice ( water or air )

It's added two screens. Not sure why?

Cheers - I've been coming to a similar type of build. The only thing is wouldn't a 970 be wasted at 1080p?

I've been mulling over buying a more expensive monitor and a cheaper graphics card. The monitor will last me longer than the graphics card will. I'd even consider a second hand card from the previous gen...

970 superb at 1080p

390/390x or 980 ti @ 1440p if you want smooth game play at high settings.

Nothing wrong with going second hand.
