New build advice please

Hi All, very impressed with the advice on this forum so may i ask for feedback on the parts i have chosen for my new build.

Antec 1200 case
Leadtek GTX 280
Intel Core 2 quad Q9550 "yorkfield"
Asus P5Q deluxe P45,PCI express, ddr2
Asus Silent Knight2 cooler
Antec Quatro 850w PSU
Memory, OCZ 4GB (2x2GB)PC2-800CS 1000 mhz reaper X DDR2
Windows Vista 64bit
Seagate Barracuda 500GB sata2 32mb cache
Asus DVD / RW dual layer lightscribe

all parts chosen from OcUK site, just wandered if u more experienced guys can see any obvious incompatibility or possible bottlenecks...
Play a lot online, GOW in particular

Looks a solid build to me.

You should be able to drop the PSU down a bit to a Corsair 750w (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-011-CS) and save yourself a fair bit
