You can get some 1600mhz ram cheaper than that if you have a look on the Triple Channel 1600 section
Apart from that everything else looks good, I would however suggest that if you are just gaming get a i5 instead of i7

If it is mainly for gaming then I would personally change the i7 to a i5 and use the spare cash from those to change the 5770 to a 5850, but you would have to pay a bit extra on top since the difference between the chips wouldn't make up for the better GPU.
But I am sure people more experience then me will soon be around and give you more advice!
