New Build Advice Please

I currently have £350 to spend at OcUK for a new CPU, Motherboard and RAM and would like some advice please.
I have had a quick look at the products and found the following below. Would this be a good purchase or can you recommend me better alternatives.

Intel Core i5-2400 3.10GHz (Sandybridge)
Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
Asus P8P67-M Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 MicroATX Motherboard - (Sandybridge) ** B3 REVISION **

I am not that bothered about overclocking to be honest, so as long as the components are fine and Iam getting a good system for the money then I am happy.

Thanks for your help guys I am going to order the Intel i5 and also tell my friend about the AMD bundle since she is looking around for a cheap upgrade.
