brilliant, I think I'll keep the mobo I've seen no sli or crossfire planned so no need for 2 x16 pci slots. and i'll get a 470.
no ocz ram

anyone can explain the timing and their importance towards OCing please?

+1 no need to outlay on a board too much. The gtx 470 is a great card and will last you well enough.

The g.skill ram is good. Although with the g.skill and dominator ram (I have the latter) you need to be aware of heatsinks as it may restrict your cooling options.

The corsair are a safe bet and they should be in stock very soon.

Jony- it's not december yet lol, songs already? Ouch.

Air. i have the H50.

I like the h50 but think that something like the Fenir might be better for the money:

I have no complaints the h50 is silent as can be but for less you get pretty much same performance in my mind.

I order the x6 1090t with the corsair ram,
and the asus ma89 gtd. and the psu antec true power. I''ll get the cooler with the Graphics card nvidia 470 and the coolermaster Haf 922 later my self, as this is a Xmas present from my fiancee.
