New build advice

OK chaps. I've decided on the following. Antec 300 case. Intel Pentium E5200. Samsung Spinpoint F1 350gb SATA II.

Now I need advice on the motherboard (sub £50 and
possibly with onboard vga), PSU (around £50) and RAM (4gig of the cheapest possible). Thanks in advance.
 
Forgot to mention. The PSU needs to be good enough to run a 4850 at a later date. I may a
lso add another hard drive and the bluray/hddvd player as well.

Thanks for that. Would 450w be enough? Also, are there no suitable motherboards with on board vga? I only need to use the onboard until I get a 4850. I don't really fancy getting b grade stock either.
