New build advice

Just about to order the below parts for a new build. I am going to be using a ATI HD2900XT for now and I will not be overclocking this compouter at all.

Can anyone see anything wrong with this build or any reason to change a specific part?

Everything looks fine to me but i would get E5200 as 0.1GHz won't make any difference and change OCZ to Corsair. Just my 2p. I'm sure somebody will correct me if i'm wrong

Get this RAM, same price but higher frequency.

On the HDD, if you want speed go for a cheaper Samsung F1, but if you want effieciency and quietness, stick with the WD.

Don't know about the F1, but the old Sammy HD'd were/are quiet, don't see why the F1 wouldn't be.

Get the 64-bit version of vista if you want to address all 4GB.
