New Build advice

This is what i will be ordering on ocuk soon, anyway i can make this better?

About transferring all my films and music to my new build, the two hard drives that house these files are just for media....so can i just plug them straight into my new build so i don't have to mess around transferring to external hd's

if i can do that without losing the files, would i plug them in before installing windows or afterwards?

You do not need the paste as coolers come with paste.

The bigger and also cheaper (as its on offer) H110i GT will fit in the roof of that case.

Should just be able to cable them up (although check in Disk Management in case they haven't got drive letters allocated), I would also do it after the OS install just in case you accidentally press the install button on the wrong drive.
 
thanks man but i need to know 100% if its going to work due to family pictures etc.

Might just splash out on the cheapest 2tb external i can find and use my old 1tb. hmmm

Won't hurt to have a back up anyway, I use the word 'should' as it nothing is a 100% guarantee but for me it has only failed once in 1000s of attempts (I was previously a deskside engineer so did this several times a week)

I've decided the cheaper plan for me is to get an average cheap psu, put it in my old build when i put my 850 into the new build and just slowly transfer files between them using the 1tb external. Ohh this will not be fun:p
