New build advice

Hi guys my current rig is this

Cpu Intel i5 750
Motherboard msi p55-gd65
Graphics card asus 5850
Memory g.skill 4gb 1600mhz
Case antec 902
Psu corsair rm750i
Cpu cooler Titan fenrir
Hard drive Samsung f3 1tb and Samsung ssd

This computer has stopped working recently and just keeps restarting all the time. I have tried everything to fix it but nothing seems to work so I'm now considering an upgrade. I was wondering if anyone could recommend some products. I'll be looking at keeping the hard drive, psu and hard drives. Im warming to a phanteks entoo evolv case so if I can get the rest for say £500 I'd be happy

It could be your psu that is causing the problem. The VX series launched in 2007 and were discontinued years ago so I would replace that as well.
