Hey, 1st time using forums so be gentle. I am putting together a new PC and was hoping someone could give it a quick once over with knowledgeable eyes, to see if I haven't made any major mistakes.
Would hate to find out after a month that a few more quid here.. few less quid here would have helped.
I upgrade my PC every 3-4 years maybe swap out a piece in between a full upgrade. Play all types of games from city builders to shooters. Currently only playing at 1440p but a few 4k OLED monitors coming out have caught my eye so that's definitely on the horizon.
So have at it. All thoughts welcome. Ty for help in advance.

How much are the individual parts? We can't really comment without knowing how much you're paying.

In particular, that 7900XTX?

You might be better off waiting on the 4080 Super or 4070ti Super.

Hi and welcome.

Be aware you can only put a 360mm aio in the front of the lancool 2 and a 240mm up top.

The Lian Li Lancool 216 has room for a roof mounted 360 aio and if you get Lian li aio all the fan's RGB will match.

Hey TY for reply. Spent about £3k total
GPU was £1K
MOBO just shy of £300
RAM £130
CPU cooler £270 ish
PSU £180
CPU £390

Nothing really stood out to me as massively overpriced. Maybe the CPU cooler. I've always just thrown a massive air cooler on and been happy. Just mixing it up a bit.

Nice tip about the cooler. That size didn't cross my mind.
That was the one I was least happy about anyway. Yeah definitely worth a think on that one.

A 240mn will be good enough for the 7800x3d , could go air take a look at the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120se performance king.
