hi
i have read the stickies and will reference those, but my first official watercooling kit comes tomorrow.
i decided to go with a 240 mm value kit from OCUK as a good starting point.
my rig is:
Coolermaster CM690III case. i have removed all the hard drives and cages and will remove one of the dvd drives as i don;t need two really.
i have a 256 m.2 PCI-e ssd drive now and a HP microserver which i'm building tonight to house my storage drives.
intel core i5 4690k
asrock extreme 6 z97 mobo
16 gig of 2400 mhz ram
blu ray drive.
i also have 4 akasa piranha 120 mm case fans which i could use in a push pull and i'll maybe have one at the back of the case for pulling in cool air. not to sure if they will make it too noisy??
i aim to put the rad in the front of the case where the drive bays used to be.
any good practice guides for my first attempt? what should i NOT do when putting it all together. i assume the OCUK kits come with everything i need
