Not built a system for about 10 years looking to do photoshop and dev work, nothing heavy but also a bit of battlefield 6. I use a 4k display but I won't be gaming hugely and I don't want to really spend more then 1300. I need windows but that isn't in the list. Also the cpu is out of stock, any alternatives?

Yeah, the main downside of the Eagle is that it has just 1Gb LAN.
I only use power line tbh and I don't get anywhere near a Gb, assume that would be fine.Is it worth going 9070 if I can squeeze it or would the extra 170 be better for a cpu tweak?

Personally I see no point in getting the 9070 when you can get the 9070xt for only £80 more.

I was undecided myself on what GPU to get, initially thinking 9070xt or 5070ti.
But in the end I bought a 9060xt 16gb thinking it can be temporary but will also help me better evaluate what I may need.

To be honest I don't play many AAA titles or recent new games.

On many of my older games I am seeing 90fps at 4k ultra, around 160fps on high. 1440p ultra at 160fps, 1080p seeing 360/400fps. Titles such as World of Tanks and Warframe for example a 9060xt 16gb has no issues with. I run a 4k 160hz main display with a 1080p 120hz portrait next to it.

When I start playing titles that drop below 60fps or my favourite games get below 120fps, then I may upgrade the GPU, by which point mid range GPU's will have 24gb of memory and be faster than the current gen.

Rest of my PC is a 7600x at stock with gen 4 NVMe drives, Arctic Freezer 36 and P series case fans. Quite happy with it considering it has cost far less than I originally planned.
