what sort of budget you working off and what you likely to use the system for most (looks like a gaming config , but just checking 
) ?
as a few basic changes (not knowing budget/use) i'd drop the ddr3(for a 775 socket)/VelociRaptor and Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer.
velociraptor i'd change to something like the samsung f1 1tb/640gb, sound card i'd change to a Asus Xonar.
mouse is down to personal preference but i've heard good things about the Razer Lachesis.
price of the mobo/processor i'd maybe look at going with the i7 setup, which would bring back in ddr3.
