This is my new build i'm ordering! Is there anything i need to change? Or is this ok for high end gaming?

Not a big deal, but the memory could be a little faster, 2933 is stock for a 10700K and a Z490 board is required to go higher, so you're paying extra for the board, for 66 Mhz.
 
ahh ok thanks dude would 3200Mhz or 3600Mhz be better?
3600MHz.
Though with Intel there likely isn't much of difference.
Memory speed affects AMD more.


And forget brand overpriced Samsungs.
That 970 Evo cost more than lot more useful 1 terabyte of WD Blue SN550

I noticed a difference when using 4000Mhz memory, it does indeed make a difference every fps counts in these benchmarks. I would also recommend a decent NVME drive as your primary drive preferably TLC for for operating system drive.
