New build! Check please :D

Hello! I think this build is just in my budget, a tiny bit over, but can anyone suggest anything thats about the same but maybe a bit less?

I'm over by 20ish euro at the moment. Maybe a diff graphics card? Not sure, I'm a bit out of the loop.

It works out a bit more expensive if I were to swap the 9800GT for an ATI 4850 512mb and swap the psu to a corsair 520w, would it be a big gain?

I do a bit of encoding so I think i'll go for quad, but games wise would there be much difference from a e8400 to a q6600?

yeah might end up getting one after christmas or something. Do you know what general highest okay temp is?
