I've decided to bite the bullet and update my system rather than fighting to fix my old one.
how does this order look, is there any glaring ommissions or over kill?

I'll be installing windows XP professional xp2, will there be any problms installing this on the 500Gb drive without the use of a floppy drive for extra drivers?

Then get a better cooler if you are ocing. Maybe a Tuniq Tower or a Noctua.

Drop the bundle and get a

E6600
2gb Giel PC6400 ( or Ballistix PC5300 if you are going to oc - it ocs better )

and a DS3P it has 1333MHz FSB rather than 1066 on the DS3, allowing for better oc.
