Avexir blitz1.1 16 gig 2400 memory

samsung 840 evo 500gig ssd
coolermaster (pre watercooled case) Haf-x xspc cooling
antec tru power 750 watt psu (will be buying upgrade next month)
evga gtx780
my first ssd install all i know is use ahci mode but was wondering which sata port to use as i have 10x sata ports 4 of which are the ASMedia® ASM1061 controller ones and not sure if i should use these or the normal ones
