Sooooo, I have looked over this a few times and I don't think there's any glaring issues.
Also wouldn't like the price to go up any more (should be about $1000 when shopping around)

CPU = Ryzen R5 3600
MOBO = ASROCK X570M PRO4
GFX = Saphire Pulse 5700
MEM = G.SKILL TridentZ Series 32GB 3400mhz (4x8GB)
HDD = SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2 2280 250GB
Case = Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L
Fans = 2x140mm

No need for peripherals and I'm also bringing my 750w PSU and 1x 2.5 SSD and 1x 3.5 HDD over from my old PC.

I read some reviews that the case might be a little warm, but with 2x140mm fans on the front and 1x120mm on the back, I think it'll be fine. I guess the Mobo has 3 fan headers?
Ummm....

So yeah.... what ya think?

Well, I kinda want something upgradable and future-proof for as long as possible.
And going back to B450 (when I see people are having BIOS issues with R3000 CPUs) kinda puts me off a bit, and I guess X570 will be supported up to at least a couple more generations of CPU, so maybe I can put an R7 5700x in in 2 years ;)

The RAM is a sticking point tho. 32gb DOES sound like overkill.
Again, I don't want to short change myself or worry about finding matching sticks in the future.
I got 8GB in my current system and I thought that was amazing 6 years ago. Now on my PC, I'm constantly running at 85% RAM usage with all the tabs I have open and stuff.
Would I regret only getting 16gb in another 2 or 3 years? I dunno!
 
Ok, some good stuff to think about there.
Still umm'ing and ahh'ing over the mobo chipset.
Maybe in 2021 I will want an R9 4950x or something on the cheap, and perhaps to do something with PCIE4. I just don't know, and would hate to have limited my options.
Gonna do some hard pondering on that !!

Perhaps I should go down to 16GB Ram and not be greedy. That seems an easier sell to me. AND saves 100 quid :D

As for the SSD. I'm seeing the SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS for about 60 quid, so don't really wanna save any money there and go cheaper :D

And finally, yeah, that Silverstone case looks pretty nice actually. Maybe I'll switch to that.

Case = Silverstone SST-PS15B-RGB

That would get me to about 850 Quid with the potential to go down to about 750 if switching to B450
 
Hmmm.... for the gfx card, I'm not that much of a PC gamer, so wouldn't need to go up to XT.
I'll be happy just keeping something that would give me medium amounts of oomph for the next few years. (around 340 quid for the Sapphire Pulse over here)
But I could investigate the Gigabyte too.
