New build check

Hey guys, its time i got rid of my old amd 3500/nvidia 6600 setup and did myself a new build, but im a bit out of touch with whats what nowadays so was hoping you could check this lot over:

pretty similar gear to another recent thread, was gonna go for a q6600 but noticed everyone said e8400 will be better for gaming. Will eventually get an arctic cooler on there, up the ram and go xfire.
Anywhere i should improve/swap gear?

nice setup. Only personal prefrance but i wouldn't have a matrox HDD, (One died on me couple of years ago and haven't got trust back yet!!!)

to be fair ive got 3 sata hdds on my current set up ( 2 200gb barracudas and a 160gb diamondmax) so i might donor one of them for the time being and spend the cash elsewhere....like the pub ;p
