New build; comments please

Hi folks,

looking to upgrade my old core2duo (yes I know it's from the stone age)..

I have OS, monitor, kb and mouse, this is what I've come up with so far, but I may be missing obvious things to swap out and improve performance.

The system will be used for 90% gaming with a bit of browsing and office work. If it helps my monitor is 1920x1200 on an old Dell 2407.

I'm pushing my budget a little (the boss has told me she's okay with me spending £1k)

I.. err .. never noticed the board size, just went through looking at the specs..

The case was recommended by someone at work and I do like the look of it, plus I understand that it has good cooling capabilities.

I'd love some free delivery, but I'm up in the frozen far north up near John O'Groats and we never get anything sent up for free.

I've feeling a lot of case hate for the HAF thingy, how about these?
