Hi guys first post on this forum so hi to all.

I have just put together this system. It will be my first build but my budget is around £1000. The following came to £1032.49.

what would you be using it for? gaming i guess?
I would go for this (pretty much my spec (see sig)) + the things i havent included that you may want.

Oh and i dont know why i put that compound in, i would personally go with AS5

If you really want to go quad, then the phenom II CPU's are quicker than the Q6600, which is getting quite dated now. The Tri core above is perfect for gaming and at a great price for performance, matching the more expensive dual core CPU's from intel and even i7 aswell.
